Q1: How long is the lead time for sample and mass production?
A: Sample will take 10days,mass production will need 25days.
Q2: What's the MOQ?
A: Usually the MOQ is 1set, but it will be adjusted accordingly if customers need OEM or ODM customization.

Q4: what's your warranty policy?
A: Normally warranty period is one year (non-artificial damage),we will send you new spare parts to replace by air For free. As for the engines, we will provide three years warranty for commercial engines , and one year warranty for Chinese brand engines.
Q5: What other additional services will we offer?
A: Professional advertising videos. We have our own photographers and video
editors to offer you professional customized advertising videos.
B: We have our own graphic design team that can provide you with professional high-definition images for your advertisement.
C: We have a large professional technical team, and we will designate one engineer and salesman to help you improve sales and after-sales efficiency.
Q6: Do you have ISO quality, environmental and safety management system certificate?
A: Yes, if you need ,we can provide the certificates.We strictly adheres to international labor laws and BSCI.
Q7: Can we provide drawings or prototypes for you to develop and promise exclusive sales?
A: Yes, we have a huge technical team of 25 engineers, 6 engineers specializing in gardening machinery, 8 engineers specializing in electric machinery, and 11 engineers specializing in the mini construction machinery.
We accept customization with drawings or samples to achieve true co-development, and promise to adhere to targeted sales of customized products.
